Theodore Stewart

Theodore Thomas Stewart, lovingly known as Teddy, passed away on October 25th, 2026, at the age of 9. A sweet and funny boy, Teddy brought love and joy to his family and all who knew him.

He was the beloved son of Rebecca and Thomas Stewart; cherished brother of Penelope, Magnolia, and David; treasured grandson of Elaine & David Sutherland and April & Carlton Stewart, Jr.; devoted nephew of Jessica & Scott Ellsworth and Bridget & Jacob Sutherland; and adored cousin of Mary, Ella, Lucy, and Emma.

Teddy loved music, enjoyed playing baseball with the Mighties Adaptive Baseball team, and treasured his time at the Mary Cariola Center. He will be remembered for his sweet nature, wonderful sense of humor, unforgettable blue eyes, and the way he showed everyone who knew him the true meaning of love and grace.

Friends and family are invited to call Sunday, November 1st from 4-7pm at Stephenson-Dougherty Funeral Home, 350 Genesee Street, Avon. His Funeral Mass will be held at 11am on Monday, November 2nd at St Agnes Catholic Church, 96 Prospect St, Avon.
