Steven L. Burch Obituary (1949

Steven L. Burch, 77, of Livingston County, passed away on February 12, 2026. Born on February 1, 1949, Steven proudly served in the U.S. Air Force, and went on to become a hot air balloon pilot and instructor who loved sharing the thrill of flight, and was a true comedian who brought laughter to everyone around him. He is survived by his wife, Carol Burch; his brother, Richard Burch; his children, Victoria Burch, Christopher Burch, Carrie Hawkins, and April Gliddens; and several step and foster children. He was preceded in death by his parents, and his brother, Robert Burch. A service will be held in the Spring. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105; or to a VA hospital in his honor.
