Merrilee J. Nickerson (Nellenbach) Avon - Leicester July 20, 2023 at age 71. She is survived by her children, Kristie LaDue, Robert (Heidi) Nickerson; sisters, Sharon (Joseph) Leavens, Wendy Martin; brother, Walter (Anita) Nellenbach; sister-in-law, Melody Nellenbach; grandchildren, Kathyn, Donald, Kyle, Douglas, Alexis, Robert; several nieces and nephews. Merrilee was predeceased by her brother, Theodore Nellenbach. She was a past member ot the Mt. Morris VFW and love to play Bingo and Yahtzee. Family and friends are invited to call Monday, July 24, 2023 from 4 - 7 PM at the Stephenson - Dougherty Funeral Home 350 Genesee Street, Avon where her Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, July 25, 2023 at 2 PM. Private interment Avon Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association 160 Allens Creek Road Rochester, NY 14618 in her memory.
