Batzing, Jean E. (Downing) Avon: June 18, 2015 at age 94. She was predeceased by her husband, DeWitt F. Batzing; brother and sister-in-law, Robert L. (Marg) Downing. She is survived by several nieces and nephews. Jean was a Teacher and Principal at the Livonia Central School. Family and friends are invited to call Wednesday 2-4, 7-9 PM at the Stephenson-Dougherty Funeral Home Inc., 350 Genesee St., Avon. Thursday at 10 AM her Funeral Service will be held at Zion Episcopal Church, Avon. Private interment, Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Fowlerville, NY.
