Henrietta / Fairport – November 29, 2025 at age 95. Born December 5, 1929. Wife, mother, stepmother, aunt, sister, grandmother, great grandmother, and friend to many who will be greatly missed.

Left to cherish her memory: her children Peter (Sarah), Tim (Kathy), Jim (MaryJo), and Mark Polfleit; her stepchildren Michael and Than Lanio, Catherine and Jon Farber, Ann and Tim Thaney, Rob and Kathy Lanio; grandchildren Deena, Elizabeth, Nicole and James Lanio; and grandchildren Stephanie, Jacob, Bradley, Joe, Brianna, Kathryn, Hannah, Aiden, Jennifer Polfleit; and great grandchildren Jackson, Elijah, Cooper, and Noah Polfleit with another on the way.

Jane was predeceased by her first husband Jacob Polfleit. She was also predeceased by her second husband Donald B Lanio; stepdaughter Ann Thaney.

Jane loved to do craft projects including stain glass, sewing and crochet.

Rest easy Jane you will be missed more than you know and your impact will never be erased.

Her Funeral Service will be held Friday, December 5, 2025 at 2pm, on what would have been her 96th birthday, at White Haven Memorial Park (Creation Chapel) 210 Marsh Road, Pittsford.
