Cynthia L. "Cindy" Schneider Obituary (1967

Cindy passed on Saturday January 29, 2022 at age 55 after a lengthy battle with breast cancer. She is predeceased by her mother and step-father, Karen and Larry Buckley. Survived by her husband Jeff; sister Amy Appleton; daughter Jessica (Paul) Lin, step-children Jessica (Bryan) Goux, Justin Schneider, Jamie Jones; father Gordon Appleton; grandchildren Henrik Lin, Ella and Adelyn Goux, Kade Rivera, Nena and Frankie Gonzalez. Cindy loved gardening, boating, cooking and most of all her family. She was so proud of her children and absolutely loved being Grandma to her six grandkids. Over the years Cindy and Jeff spent many vacations camping in the Adirondacks enjoying campfires and the sound of the loons. Cranberry Lake was their favorite place. Cindy also loved spending time with her special friends from high school and being part of the Six Hip Chix. Cindy was loved immensely and will be greatly missed by everyone who knew her. Family and friends are invited to a Celebration of Life gathering to honor Cindy on March 6, 2022 at the Avon American Legion 5480 East Avon Road, Avon, NY between 1-5pm. Memorial donations may be made in her name to Breast Cancer Coalition 1048 University Avenue, Rochester, NY 14607
