Cruickshank, Charlotte M. (Lees) Avon: September 12, 2017 at age 81. She is survived by her children Cathy Austin, Dale (Kathleen) Cruickshank, Scott (Diane) Cruickshank; sisters MaryAnn (Robert) Kelly, Barbara Lees, Ethel Meyers; brothers William Lees; 6 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Arthur Cruickshank in 2015; son Gary Cruickshank in 1989; sister Dorothy Lokesek; brothers John Lees, James Lees, Andrew Hagmasi . Saturday at 10 AM her Memorial Service will be held at Stephenson-Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc. 350 Genesee St., Avon. Interment East Avon Cemetery. In lieu of flowers Memorials may be made to Teresa House 21 Highland Ave. Geneseo, NY 14454.
