Dempsey, Charles P. Avon: Unexpectedly April 5, 2017 at age 47. Predeceased by his parents, James and Geraldine Dempsey; brother, James and sister, Barbara Dempsey. He is survived by his beloved wife, Stephanie; son, Sean and daughter, Margaret; sisters, Elizabeth (Dale Hennigar) Wilbert and Mary (Richard) Buscetto; mother in-law and father-in-law, Wendy and Eric Melenbacker; brother-in-law, Nathan Melenbacker; many nieces, nephews and great-nephew. Friends may call Sunday 2-5 PM at the Stephenson-Dougherty Funeral Home Inc., 350 Genesee St., Avon. His Memorial Service will be held Monday 11 AM at St. Timothy Lutheran Church, 5015 Lakeville Rd. (Rte. 20A), Geneseo. Private interment.
