Carole J. Docklstader (Lenz) AVON - Passed away peacefully Sunday, February 27, 2022 a age 79 after a long recovery from surgery. She is survived by her loving children, Andrea Dockstader-Haas, Erick Dockstader; granddaughter, Meghin Haas; great granddaughter, Natalie Martin; sister-in-law, Ann Lenz; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Ronald Dockstader; brother Robert Lenz. Carole was a kind caring and gentle soul who loved everyone. She was the proud matriarch to four generations of women. Services and interment were held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the UR Medicine Hospice 2180 Empire Blvd. Webster, NT 15450.
