LIMA - Canandaigua March 4, 2020 at age 83. She is survived by her children, L. Michael (Kimberly) Hammond of Gasport, Mary Alice (Richard) Donegan Lima, Kathleen (Joseph) Cardamone of CT, Joseph Hammond of West Bloomfield, Irene Stephens (David Magiocco) of Brockport Margaret (Richard) Wing of Rush, Paul (Linda) Hammond of OH; 19 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandson; several nieces and nephews.
Pat was predeceased by her husband, Leo Hammond; son, Francis Hammond; brothers, John, James and George Peters.
Family and friends are invited to call Sunday, March 8, 2020 from 4 - 7 pm at the O’Connell – Dougherty Funeral Home 2041 Lake Ave., Lima. Her Funeral Mass will be held Monday, March 9, 2020 at 10 am at St. Rose Church, Lima. Interment St. Rose Cemetery, Lima. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Camp Good Days and Special Times, PO Box 665 Mendon, NY 14506 or the American Cancer Society, Attn: Memorial Processing, 1120 South Goodman Street Rochester, NY14620.
