Avon - Webster July 3, 2019 at age 78. Survived by his loving partner Dorothy Wolkonowski; children Sheri (Steve) Newell, Gregg (Jocey) Henderson, Todd Henderson, Chad Henderson; and their mother, Kay ; grandchildren Casey, Austin, Cristian, Ali Ray, Hannah, Brenna, Brogan; sister Joan Deragon; 1 niece; 3 nephews; many friends.
Paul was predeceased by his parents John (Irene) Henderson; brother and sister-in-law Richard (Joanne) Henderson; brother-in-law John Deragon; nephews Scott Henderson, James Deragon. Paul retired from Excellus BC/ BS after 33 years of dedicated service.
Paul grew up in Avon and coached Avon Little League Baseball, and Vince Lombardi Football. He was graduate of Avon Central School. Paul enjoyed golfing, traveling and cruising.
Family and friends are invited to call Monday 2 – 4, 6 – 8 pm at the Stephenson – Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc. 350 Genesee St., Avon where his Funeral Service will be held Tuesday at 2:30 pm. Interment St. Agnes Cemetery, Avon In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to U of R Palliative Care Unit, PO Box 270032 Rochester, NY 14627.
