Lima – Died June 18, 2019 at age 77. He is survived by his loving wife of 33 years, Cheryl (Felstead) Witkop; children, Dawn (Jon) Fooks of Byron, Diana (Troy) Tomlinson of FL, Michelle (Bob) Booth of Honeoye Falls, NY, Edmund Garbacik, Jr. of Lima, NY, Vicky Garbacik of TN; sister Linda Yaeger; brothers, Terry (Charlotte) Witkop of Batavia, NY, David (Linda) Witkop of Attica, NY; several grandchildren, 1 great granddaughter; several nieces and nephews.
Frank was predeceased by his daughter, Brenda Baker; sisters, Josephine Hale, Marilyn Landon, Carol Veltz.
Frank was a Marine Corp Veteran and served from 1960 to 1964. He was a member of the American Legion Post in TX, and was a life member of the NRA.
Saturday at 10 AM his Funeral Service will be held at the O’Connell-Dougherty Funeral Home, 2041 Lake Ave., Lima. Military honors will follow the Memorial Service by the US Marine Corp. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Teresa House, 21 Highland Ave, Geneseo, NY 14454 or Shriners Hospital for Children, Attn: Office of Development, 2900 North Rocky Point Drive, Tampa FL 33607 in his memory.
