LIMA - May 4, 2018 at age 38. He is survived by his son, Tylere Polatas; parents, Paul and Marsha; sister, Emily; brother, Eric; grandparents, aunts, uncles, nephew and cousins.

Private Services and Interment will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Lima Boy Scout Troop #4029, 1706 Parkside Place, Lima, NY 14485.
